How this semester shaped me:)

I never thought that I would enjoy learning English and reading the way I do. In High school I only did the work because it was an obligation. if u ask me it makes it easier to learn if people really take an interest in a subject. I love to write songs and poems but when it came to writing a school paper grimmer was a skill that I use to try to avoid. Sure I knew how important it was in order to be successful but my fear of not knowing cause me to loos interest in my writing. Now I can correct my own paper with confidence. A particular grammar skill that I took an interest in was Introdutery Element.this particular skill because it occurs frequently in most of my writings. Another skill that I learned was Punctuation. I use to but a comma any where just because it felt right. I never new commas had rules. One example of comma rule is a contrasted element. The rule is contrast that begin with words such as not, never, or unlike all use commas. Jimmy looks at me like a best friend and sister, not as a girlfriend. Another task that found my self enjoying was the novel by Robert B. Parker Double Deuce. Although I do read outside of school I was surprised that I found a book that took my interest in school. Out of all of the learning skill I learn this semester the one task that influenced my the most in my outside life was the reading Chew on this. After reading the passage and Watching the video King corn I've been aware of the things I eat. Because of this class I feel like a better well rounded person. I take more interest in what and how I eat. How much I read and being better at organizing my thought or point of views. I also learned that now matter what class you take or what you do that you should always have some type of prof to back up your opinion.
